НЕРА/ULPA aerosol filters
Our aerosol HEPA/ULPA filters are produced on the state-of-the-art, fully automated German production line – the most effective equipment currently available on the global market. It allows us to produce filtering packages in the height range from 12 to 280 mm at a speed of 20 meters per minute.
In accordance with the requirements of European standard EN 1822, all filters undergo testing on air filter test system produced by TOPAS GmbH to determine pressure drop and fractional filtration efficiency, examine the separated suspended solids according to EN 1822-4 (filter scanning) and EN 1822-5 (integrated filtration efficiency) and classify HEPA and ULPA filters.
All measurements received during the automatic testing procedure are clearly presented in test reports and are used to compile filter certificates.
Application of HEPA/ULPA filters
EPA, HEPA and ULPA filters are used to remove aerosols, such as solid air contaminants with the particle size up to 0,1 μm, and to trap suspended matters – viruses, microorganisms, toxic dust.
They are used in ventilation systems of "clean rooms" at medical and pharmaceutical facilities, nuclear power plants and chemical plants, microelectronic production facilities and food-processing companies, where air free from microbial contamination and dust is needed.
