Design features of the panel type filter box FBP

Such a device is characterized by characteristic design features:

• metal body — it uses a steel alloy, stainless steel or galvanized coating;
• the presence of flanges on both sides with rubber seals, providing a tight connection between the device and the ducts;
• equipped with lever locks, a hinged lid — such an ergonomic solution allows you to quickly change the filter element attached to the frame frame, which is also made of steel;
• with a replaceable non-woven filter cloth made of polyester or polypropylene fibers.

Model range, applications and basic technical characteristics

Ukraine manufactures the corresponding equipment in the assortment. The line of these products includes several models, each of which is characterized by a certain cleaning class. 

Category G is capable of capturing particles of relatively large caliber in rooms with low air purity requirements. The relatively unobstructed pores of these samples contain only coarse dust, as well as wool and plant seeds, but they do not prevent the passage of fine dust particles and toxic gases. 

Air filter box FBP panel type coarse dust filter G4 is used as a device of the first stage of purification of the supply and exhaust air flow from dust. They are followed by additional filters of finer filtration — F5, F7, F8 or F9, which are usually installed in ventilation systems at industrial and production facilities, as well as in civil defense facilities.

The F class range is distinguished by the high density of the material used for filtration. Thanks to this solution, these devices contain medium and fine dust, pollen, mold and fungal spores.

Filter boxes of category F are installed both in the food industry and in private households.

Such filtering special equipment is characterized by the following ТХ:

• different size of flanges — the diameter of this connecting part can range from 100 to 150 mm;
• the ability to work in the temperature range from -40 to +70 ° C;
• Depending on the class, such devices catch particles as small as 0.4 microns, which are not safe for humans.
