The FBK filter is equipped with a hinged cover with lever locks for quick access to the filter element. The filter element is made of non-woven fabric made of synthetic fibers and is fixed on the steel frame.

Filter box application
Pocket filter FBK are mounted in circular ventilation systems for intake/exhaust air purification. They are used to protect heat exchangers, air ducts, fans and other ventilation equipment from dust.
They minimize wall and ceiling contamination near air diffusers. Coarse filters can be used as the first stage of cleaning before filters that are more efficient.
Filter box installation
The design of the filter allows it to be fixed to circular ducts using clamps in any position. When assembling it is necessary to take into account the direction of the air flow (must correspond to the sign on the filter). When assembling it is necessary to leave space for service access to the filter (cleaning or replacement of the filter element).
The filter box with a flat filtering element (class -G4) is made of galvanized or stainless steel. The filter box is equipped with connecting flanges with a rubber seal for tight connection with air ducts.
The filtering element is of pocket type (to increase the filtration area) and made of non-woven synthetic material.
It is mounted in front of the fan downstream with the airflow. It is installed with the flange connection. The direction of air movement must correspond to the mark on the filter.
