Filter box for HEPA filters is used for ventilation systems in "clean rooms" with high requirements for air quality. For HEPA filters E10/E11/E12/H13/H14/U15 the filter box is custom made. Access to the filter element in the box must be constant, free and unobstructed. The side on which it will be provided may be indoors or outdoors. The main purpose for which the HEPA air filter box is used is to ensure even distribution of air flow through the filter insert.

The hinged filter cover is equipped with lever locks for quick access to the replaceable filter element. Filter element - made of non-woven fabric of synthetic materials is fixed on the steel frame.

Filter box for HEPA: features

The HEPA filter box is designed for quality filtration of the air flow, taking into account the required values. Plus: its use guarantees an even distribution of air, which increases the efficiency of cleaning.
Design features:

robust steel alloy used for the body, well withstands mechanical stress;
tightness (the introduction of a special seal eliminates the mixing of clean and «dirty» air);
it is possible to order a filter-box with shut-off and control valves, which will help to control the air flow.

Filter box installation

This device can be installed both on the ceiling and on partitions. The front side of the HEPA filter box is covered with a special air distribution device, with which the air is supplied to the clean room correctly.

The main task of the filter box is to distribute the airflow evenly through the filtering insert.
