The hinged filter cover is equipped with lever locks for quick access to the replaceable filtering element. The filtering element is made of a non-woven fabric consisting of synthetic fibers and is fixed on a steel frame and/or a panel insert of cylindrical cartridges filled with granulated carbon.
Filter box FBPK: application
Filter box with combined filtering element. The combination of filtering elements is formed based on the technical specifications submitted by the customer. It can be a panel filter made of G4 material, then a pocket-type filter is sequentially activated above the F7 filtration level or a HEPA filter.
It is possible to combine the filter box FBPK with a plate of cylindrical cartridges, if the task is to delay large fractions in the first stage and then adsorb odors at the exit from the room to the street. The manufacturer has taken care of the use of quality materials in the manufacture of the device: it is made of galvanized steel or stainless steel. Filter box is equipped with connecting flanges with rubber seals for airtight connection to the ducts.
Installation of filter box FBPK
The design of the filter allows it to be fixed to circular ducts using clamps in any position. When assembling it is necessary to take into account the direction of air flow (must correspond to the sign on the filter). When assembling it is necessary to leave space for service access to the filter (cleaning or replacement of the filter element).
