Absorbing filters and regeneration cartridges

Absorber filters — purpose
Absorbing filters of the AC series belong to the category of sorbing filters and are designed to purify the atmospheric air supplied to the protective structures of civil defense, industrial facilities, special fortifications of ministries and departments of Ukraine, other protective structures, mobile objects and equipment from chemical warfare agents (CWA), highly toxic substances (HTW), radioactive dust (RD) and biological aerosols (BA).
Absorbing filters of the AC series are designed to complete filter-ventilation systems and installations. The absorber filter for air purification copes with impurities such as bacterial weapons and any toxic elements. Its performance is high even if the room is sealed. Shelter filters perform the main task of ensuring normal air supply and supplying purified air inside.
Absorbing filters for stationary protective structures
Filter-absorbers of the AC series for filter-ventilation systems of stationary structures can be used both separately and as part of several units (columns) (two, three filters) connected in parallel to the ventilation system of the shelter. The plant manufactures filters-absorbers AC 17383, AC 15920, AC 16543, which are analogs of such models as FP-50/25, FP-100U, FPU-200, FP-300. The products comply with the requirements of SOU MES 75.2-00013528-004:2010 “Air purification equipment for civil protection (civil defense) facilities. Classification and general technical requirements and SOU MOE 75.2-00013528-002:2010 “Filtering personal respiratory protection equipment for the population in emergency situations”. The technical specifications and documentation for the production of filters for the bomb shelter were agreed with the SES of Ukraine.
An AC 15920 (FPU-200) or other model absorbing filter is installed in the ventilation systems. The number and model of the filter-absorber is selected depending on the capacity of the facility and the number of people staying in the room at the same time. For example, the filter-absorber AC 16543 (FP-300) is designed for a nominal air flow rate of 300 m3/h.

Absorbing filters for mobile units and equipment
Absorber filters of the AC series are designed to complete the filters of ventilation units on armored and automotive vehicles (FVU-100A, FVUA-100A). The plant produces analogues of such models as FPT-100M, FPT-100B, FPT-200M, FPT-200B.
Regeneration cartridges for stationary protective structures
Regenerative cartridges CA 26715 are designed to absorb carbon dioxide (CO2) from the air of premises of protection objects, shelters, special fortifications of ministries and departments of Ukraine, and other protective structures.
CA 26 715 models can be used both to equip new structures under construction and to replace the RP-100 regenerative cartridges that have exhausted their service life.
The products can be assembled into columns with one, two and three units in height. The scope of delivery may include mounting parts for their connection at the request of the customer.
